ReplyCleverly provides an AI-powered customer communication platform that helps businesses manage conversations, automate replies, and operate support workflows across supported channels.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident related to your account.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are described at the time of purchase or in your account settings.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyCleverly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time, subject to any active subscription terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
